Great kit from Riley Creations

My good friend Riley Creations Mary at has created a BEAUTIFUL kit for all you love birds out there! What I love most about it is that it isn't your typical valentine's day kit. You can use it for just about any type of LO you want!

Week 4 Designer Challenge Freebies

Week 3 Designer Challenge Freebies

It's that time again!! This week we had to get inspiration for our mini's from some photos of this awesome quilt one of the STS designers had made. I was so impressed because I have no sewing abilities whatsoever and her quilt was stunning! The colors, the patterns...it was just a beautiful quilt and def inspiring! I used some of the patterns of the fabrics and the flowers and nature feel of the patterns to inspire my entry this week.

I am very proud and totally excited to announce the release of my two Christmas products this year! They are just in time for the Holidays!

First up is an adorable CU Reindeer Template which also comes with a ready made element for your personal use. Available here at DSM.


I also have created this beautiful new kit Christmas Traditions. There are a lot of elements to work with here, 50 to be exact, and 20 papers. There is also 1 gold metal alpha included with this kit! It is great for creating those LO's from Christmas past, present and even the future!

New Kit in the Shop!

There are those of you that have heard me talk about my niece or atleast seen her in my LO's. Kaiah, the oldest of my two nieces, is hearing impaired. She was born that way. No, nothing went wrong it was just hereditary from her father who was also deaf. From the moment she was able to understand she has spoke to us with American Sign Language and let me tell you, she doesn't hold anything back! She is so smart and so grown up and God has really blessed us with being able to communicate with her. I designed my newest kit from the inspiration that she and God have given me everyday! I've never known a greater love than I do from both of them and I couldn't be happier with the life and family I have been given!

Even if you do not know ASL, I still think you can appreciate this kit.

Here are 2 LO's that I created using this kit, One with my beautiful niece and the other is of course my son.




I used American Sign Language to help communicate with my son before he could speak. He was able to tell me when he needed milk and more of something. I couldn't believe how much easier it made things before he was able to use his words to tell me. Even still today when he asks me he will use ASL as he says "More please Mommy". Of course, I still plan to work with him and learn the language so he will be able to communicate with his cousin as they grow up together. For more information on teaching your baby sign language I really recommend Signing Time. It doesn't matter if your child is hearing impaired or not, American Sign Language really can help make communicating with your baby easier and you can start as early as 6 months old!!

Reluctantly the Hallow Scream Express huffed and puffed out of the pool of light that surrounde the platform, on it's way to the next station.
